Mifalot to discuss women empowerment at the 10th EFDN Conference

Lior Davidi, the International Development Manager of Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises, will be joining the 10th EFDN Conference to discuss empowering women with the help of sports.

In her presentation “Women Empowerment through Sport”, Lior will introduce attendees to the background of Mifalot Education by showing a short video. To provide further insight, the progammes that Mifalot delivers in Israel and abroad will be presented. A focus will be set on the topic of women in sport and the lack of women representation in that particular field. In order to provide detailed information on the topic, research date will be presented. Moreover, a case study on empowerment of women through employability programmes in the Israeli Arab population will be presented to the delegates. At the end of the session, a Q&A session will give participants the opportunity to clarify outstanding questions.

Lior Davidi

Lior Davidi - Mifalot Lior Davidi works at Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises as the International Development Manager. She is responsible for Mifalot’s international programmes and holds education sport seminars to communicate and share Mifalot’s knowledge on an international level. She has a B.A in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies and vast experience in the field of Education which she gained from her military service in the Education force. In the past, Lior has been working in the Academia, promoting international programmes at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at The Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa.
