Ross Hovey is an accessibility advocate with a passion for making the world a more inclusive place for Disabled people. He adds a huge amount of knowledge as a professional and HR Specialist working for an employer supporting 5000 disabled employees. Being disabled, he brings his own experience to life as a keen supporter travelling to matches through Europe. He is a Trustee and co-founder of Changing Places International.
The impact of Changing Places Toilets in the UK has been recognised by over £30m of government funding. They have become the norm in UK stadiums (with LFC being one of the first) and we see first hand the difference they make for the whole family on matchdays.
