Registration Information

The 21st EFDN “#MoreThanFootball” Conference in Warsaw, Poland, can only be attended by representatives of European Football Clubs, Leagues and Football Associations and their foundations or related ESG organisations. The event will take place from 22-24 April 2024.

EFDN is looking forward to welcoming its members and new attendees in Warsaw at the Stadium Legia Warsaw, which will be our next venue after the EFDN Conference in Athens last November.

EFDN Members

Delegates and Exchange Members can send one representative to the event in Warsaw for free. 

Development Members can request two free tickets for attending the conference in Poland.

League members can send up to four representatives to the event in Warsaw.

All members can request additional tickets for attending the event on-site for 200 Euro (both days).

Full Delegate Pass

Special offers! Non-member organisations that will attend the 21st Conference and will become EFDN member within three months after the event will get the attendance fee deducted from their membership fee or sign up for our Early Bird Discount. A ticket for the event will then only be 275 Euro, if you subscribe before March 1st.

Non-members (clubs, leagues and FAs) can buy a Full Delegate Pass for the three days for 550 Euro.

One Day Ticket for Day 2 or 3 (Tuesday, April 23rd or Wednesday 24th) for non-members: 350 Euro.

A discounted rate is available for clubs who aren’t EFDN members but are related to the following Leagues or FA’s: French LFP, Dutch Eredivisie, English Premier League, German DFB, Belgian Pro League, Swedish Svensk Elitfotboll, Scottish SPFL, Republic of Ireland FAI, Portuguese FPF, Romanian FRF, Icelandic KSI and Northern Irish FA, Greek FA, Polish FA, Dutch FA. These clubs can benefit from a special rate of 325 Euro for three days.

What we offer

The delegate passes include conference participation, local (public) transport to the study visits (if possible), a welcome evening, dinners, lunches, and coffee breaks at the venue(s) in Warsaw.
