Jayna, Isabelle and Lizzie will host the break-outsession: Women & Girls’ Football & Gender Equality – Premier League & Premier League Charitable Fund. This will be an interactive session providing an overview of the Premier League’s work around women and girls’ football in England and Wales within the context of the Premier League’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. The session will be led by the Premier League and Premier League Charitable Fund colleagues who will outline investment into women & girls’ football; support for women working in football and the delivery of community and grassroots initiatives in this area.

The following themes will be addressed in the session: gender equality and an intersectional approach; access, pathways and provision; leadership development; relatable role models and developing inclusive environments. The session will provide an opportunity to learn from colleagues in the room too and identify key actions to take away from the session to implement into your work where relevant after the conference.
