Michael Colquhoun and Ben Bottomley – Speakers at the 21st EFDN Conference

Michael Colquhoun and Ben Bottomley, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Partnerships and Fundraising at Burnley FC in the Community, are confirmed speakers at our 21st EFDN #MoreThanFootball Conference in Warsaw from the 22nd until the 24th of April 2024.

Michael is Deputy CEO at Burnley FC in the Community and has worked for the charity for 6 years. He has a range of experience in Youth Offending, Probation and Public Sector work. Colquhoun is the Charity’s EDI lead and also oversees the Charity’s extensive Welfare and Inclusion department.

Ben Bottomley, instead is Head of Partnerships & Fundraising and as been at the charity for 3 years. He is the driving force for creating positive CSR partnerships and income generation at the charity. Having worked in football for 6 years previosuly, Ben has a wealth of experience in creating long lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Michael Colquhoun and Ben Bottomley, with their presentation, they will bring to life positive partnerships which tap in to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agendas, how they engage with their employees and involve them in what they do, from volunteering at projects, to fundraising and events. Michael and Ben at Burnley FC in the Community help nurture and develop organisations who want to give back to and engage with the community they trade in. Various examples will be presented along with video and case studies.
